The Design/Build delivery of this flagship project for the Town of Denton included demolition, re-routing of a main telecommunications utility, and driven pile foundations. The building construction allows for indoor and outdoor event space on the large wrap-around deck surrounding the exhibition and meeting room spaces. A wheelchair lift completes the accessibility of this primary tourist waypoint for the Town and Caroline County.
