This boutique eye care center made use of many custom and repurposed materials to evoke the modern industrial environment that the owner and interior designer envisioned. The project began in a storefront where Harper & Sons had recently updated the façade, and included demolition, new partition, new finishes, and renovated MEP systems.
Custom millwork, trim-work, and unique sliding door systems were included in the renovation. Harper & Sons self-performed the demolition, framing, trim, doors, and custom shelving on this project. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
The result was an outstanding project and a very satisfied owner, with an outstanding location for the business for years to come.
