Queens Landing Clubhouse Renovation and Exterior Upgrade

This renovation to the 2-story clubhouse consisted of replacing the main bathrooms, replacing siding and fenestration, renovating the gym, meeting room, banquet room, and connecting corridors. The renovation replaced a failing second floor deck system, and installed a new deck, stair, and cable railing system over the meeting room. The improvements provide clubhouse visitors with a beautiful event venue, with less obstructed views of the Chester River and Chesapeake Bay than ever before.
