When Donovan Marine purchased a mostly-vacant manufacturing facility to relocate their mid-Atlantic distribution hub, they turned to Harper & Sons to design and renovate the former furniture factory into a high-stack distribution center. The renovation included a new fire pump, and ESFR fire suppression system, reconfiguration of the electrical system, new loading dock equipment, and demolition of CMU and concrete walls throughout the facility.
