This 120-unit townhouse renovation modernized and updated the interiors and exteriors of the apartments, the driveways and parking lots, and the storm drainage system on-site. The project also included 6 building additions for UFAS-compliance, including new exterior ramps and railings. Harper & Sons, Inc provided pre-construction estimating and scheduling services, as well as the General Contracting services for the entire construction process.
