Following a very competitive technical and price review, Harper & Sons, Inc was selected to Design/Build a 5,853 GSF renovation within a historic masonry building, at Salisbury University’s downtown campus. The spaces created include academic, collaborative, display, and maker-space functions. Highly innovative sliding, overhead, and frameless doors invite occupants to network and interact to encourage entrepreneurship. A new 3-stop elevator and shaft were constructed in the center of the building. Simultaneously, a 5,000 GSF public gallery/corridor adjacent to the space was completely renovated with new finishes and custom light fixtures.
